No: Varying heartbeats could mean that you are having an arrhythmia (ie that all the heartbeats are not being generated by the usual pacemaker in your heart). Sometimes this can happen in a normal heart, but it can also mean some kind of heart disease (such as coronary artery disease) or that something is stimulating your heart (such as drugs, alcohol, an overactive thyroid, etc).
