A member asked:

Does a person with schizophrenia know that they have it?

Sometimes: Studies estimate that somewhere between 40 to 60% of individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia have only partial or no insight into their illness. Some realize that there is something wrong, but not that they have schizophrenia. Other have no insight that there is anything wrong at all.
