At what age can you tell if somebody has william's syndrome?

Dr. Jay Park answered

Often diagnosed in infancy in recent years. Heart murmur and hypercalcemia of infancy provide early clue. The syndrome includes aortic stenosis (supravalvular), idiopathic hypercalcemia of infancy, elfin facies, and mental retardation. Williams syndrome has been shown to be caused by a small deletion in chromosome No 7.
