A member asked:

Is infant sepsis easy to cure?

Depends on situation: Some infant sepsis will begin by germ invasion of the baby thru ruptured fetal membranes early in labor. If well established before delivery & diagnosis, treatment may or may not succeed. If early suspicion & testing show the possibility prior to a firmly established infection, early treatment before full blown disease can be curative.
