Wanted to know if any one can tell me why did i have to monthly periods this month they are usual regular every 5 of the month and last 4 five days?

If not pregnant and no pain, then i wouldn't worry too much. Almost all women will have occasional irregularity--due to numerous reasons. If bleeding persists for more than 2 months see md. Thyroid disease and other problems may need to be ruled out.
