What's difference between stem cells from adult and cord blood cells in terms of usefulness? i regret for not having my cord cells stored at birth!

A lot.: Cord cells are theoretically the ideal stem cells, because they have the potential to develop into any cell in the body. Adult stem cells have all differentiated to some extent, and so are less useful. We all have regrets, but we have to live with them, unfortunately.

Younger cells: We all have dormant stem cells all all over our bodies. Adult stem cells can be harvested from bone marrow or fat. These are great resources because it comes from your own body. Older, sicker people have less stem cells and these cells are not so healthy. The good news is, you can use cord stem cells from donors because these cells are so immature that they are not rejected by your immune system
