Can you be allergic to silicone? i've developed fluid filled blisters after wearing a strapless bra. blisters allign with built in silicone strips.

Yes: You can be allergic to almost anything. If the rash you're describing lines up with the bra, then this would be suggestive that it is that part of the bra. Stop wearing the bra and it should go away with time.
