What can be done to alleviate vertigo associated with a concussion?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See a doctor: You may have a severe concussion or worse. Sometimes with head trauma there may be bleeding into areas of the head which can become very severe. The vertigo can perhaps be controlled with medication, but you will need a detailed evaluation first. You should not take anything sedating if you have had a concussion.
