Drink milk,V8 juice: Muscle cramping and muscle pain can be cause by many things. Most common causes are fatigue, electrolyte imbalance, calcium deficit, dehydration, etc. So try lot of milk, v 8 juice and lot of fluids1 hour before exercise.
