Have sinus in head with drainage causing soar throat and occasional body aches for the past week?

See your pcp: Sinus infections will often clear on their own. Indications for treatment with antibiotics are when they persist for 10 days or more, cause significant discomfort or fevers. Your aches are likely secondary to infection and are a result of your immune response to your infection.
