Continue to monitor : If he's had shots in the past 2 days, the fever is most likely due to them. However if your child is acting very sick or has other symptoms he should be seen by urgent care or your primary provider. If it's just fever and he's acting otherwise ok, it's fine to give tylenol (acetaminophen) if he's uncomfortable and just continue to watch him.
