See your doctor: A lot of conditions can look that way, in particular ringworm (if it's dry and scaly and you have been near pets) or even lyme disease (if it keeps enlarging), certain insect bites, or types of dermatitis. Your doctor can make the diagnosis.

See MD: Could be anything from ringworm (fungal infection), insect bite, drug eruption, doubtful psoriasis in absence of other marks. Make sure it is not lyme disease, etc. Lesion may get bigger, or disappear and show up elsewhere (erythema migrans). Especially important if other symptoms, like feverish, flush, nausea, headache, joint aches, etc. See md.
