For yearsi have not thrown up when i feel really sick or like i'm going to throw up i get bad diarrhea why is that?

Will alone sometimes: I have had so many patients over the years tell me how resistant they are to vomitting and others who vomit easily. So many factors are involved. On the other hand, an equal number of factors might influence why it is easier to release one's bowels, not to mention the fact that one usually feels much better afterwards. Kind of a simple answer, i know.
