Diarrheal illness.: It's not unusual after a diarrheal illness to not have a bowel movement for a day or two. As well, an acute diarrheal illness tends to leave us dehydrated, which can contribute to constipation. Drink plenty of fluids and see if your normal bowel habits resume again.
