A doctor has provided 1 answer

Diarrhea: Diarrhea can lead to dehydration and preterm contractions, which can be harmful if it results in early delivery. You can take immodium ad and the generic version of it, kaopectate is also fine to take as is pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate). Treat the diarrhea and hydrate as best you can. However, your OB doc likely has an answering service. Call them, they may want to IV hydrate you.
