Mood instability?: Your mood could be unstable, allowing easy triggering rather than resilience to distress. This could come from increased stress, poor sleep, drug/alcohol use, medication side effects, thyroid problems, & psychiatric conditions such as depression, bipolar d/o and ptsd. Some people with personality disorders notice these symptoms also. Help is available with a psychiatrist or psychologist.
