Heart problems: Ideally healthy diet should start from an early age. Avoiding fats, cholesterol containing foods, cutting down on red meat, using more of white meat, plenty of vegetables and fruits, avoiding fried foods, and eating a balanced regulated calorie diet. Also alcohol in moderation, (red wine), no smoking no street drugs. Good luck! live long!
