Heart problems: Prevention of heart problems should ideally start at an young age. Atherosclerosis or hardening of arteries starts at the of ten. In general avoid saturated fats, fried foods, red meat. Eat moderate calories consisting fish, vegetables and fruits. Exercise or walk 30 min every other day. The things that you may not be able to modify are genetic factors. Do not smoke, drink, do drugs.
