Depends: No wt loss program should be intiated without input from your dr and ob/gyn. If your breast feeding this will actually help burn calories . Early on will be difficult to exercise (recovery from delivery& up all night with baby!) but once a schedule is set then a routine can be set up. Get as much sleep as feasable , eat healthy diet and start a good walking progam. A gradual loss is fine.
