What can i do for blood clot prevention during long car ride?

stops and walks : Long car rides, long air line flights known to causes deep vein clots of legs and causing pulmonary embolism , possible to avoid this by frequent stops and walking and stretching legs for few minutes. Can do same in air flights low dose Aspirin may also will help.

Stop and walk: Take regular breaks, and get out and stretch and walk. Aspirin has not been shown to be very effective in preventing these clots. If you are prone to getting clots , check with your doctor first.
