Is there a way to make cutting scars to go away?

No: Once you have a scar it is permanent. Over time they fade, but never go away.

Improve, not remove: Scars are permanent. That being said, they will improve with time, usually taking 6-12 months to mature fully. They can also be revised and improved if necessary. See a surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery to discuss the options in your case. Good luck.
