Joggers Judgement: Jogging and rapid breathing can precipitate a spasm or cramp in the diaphragm called "runner's stitch". It more commonly happens on one side and high up under the ribs, but can occur on both sides. In the lower abdomen there is the possibility of weakening in the musculature and herniation, depending upon your overall size and health. Obesity increases the risk. Get an exam if you're female.
