Get tested: You can only know it with a hemoglobin/ hematocrit or a complete blood count. You can suspect it if you are easily fatigued, most people do not become anemic without significant long-term blood loss though.

A simple blood test known as a complete blood count can determine if you are anemic. Many causes of anemia can be treated. See your doctor.
