Depends what problem: I assume the problem has to with nasal skin. Both dermatologists and ENT doctors are able to diagnose and treat nasal skin lesions. In our area most dermatologists have long wait time for appointments and ENT doctors can see patients more quickly. The worst thing that can happen is the ENT thinks you need a dermatologist or the dermatologist wants you to see an ent. More info could help.
