Treatment not cure: Often times non alcoholic steatohepatitis or NASH is due to underlying genetic and lifestyle and diet choices. One of the treatments is a medicine called metformin often used in diabetes which helps with this. Also eating right and exercising helps too. But make sure NASH is properly diagnosed by a GI or liver expert specialist and that there not other causes.
