Could be heart: Increasing the work of your heart by running increases the amount of blood the heart needs. If you have coronary artery blockages then your heart can't get enough bloodvandvhe result is angina pain. This can feel like pressure in the chest and may include difficulty breathing, pain into the jaw or down the left arm. Pain like this that doesn't go away with rest should prompt a trip to the er.
