None: Hi: fractures must heal by being immobilized or a painful pueudoarthrosis may occur. This question should be directed to your doctor who is treatment your fracture to determine if any exercise would be allowable.

Broken foot: There are 26 bones in each foot and there are a variety of fractures types and severity and none of that information is available nor are the x rays available . That makes this a question that only your treating physician can answer

Nonweightbearinf: The answer depends on where the break is, how stable it is, and the prognosis for healing. In most cases i allow strength training while seated (upper body and core only). In other cases i allow swimming. Check with your doctor before doing any exercise to make sure you are not doing further harm to your injury.
