Night incontinence: You have several comments, first the leakage at night, I have to assume you mean urinary incontinence. It could be fecal incontinence, as well, you do not say. The issue is highly dependent on age, the fact that he is a boxer also begs the question, did it start after he started boxing, if so it could mean a brain injury has occured - think mohammed ali and pugilistic brain. He needs to be seen.
