Yes : If you have a refractive error, you may experience eyestrain if you are farsighted. If nearsighted, the pupil may become slightly more dilated at dusk and evening causing a decline in the clarity of your vision. If you have dryness (even otherwise asymptomatic), that can become worse toward the end of the day and cause a decrease and, of course, certain diseases such as diabetes may cause that.
