How can you know if you have a wheat allergy?

Get Tested: There are different types of wheat allergy and you may have an intolerance. Differentiating between these can be done with skin and blood tests performed by a board certified allergist. Wheat allergies can be severely limiting on the diet and potentially fatal if anaphylactic in nature. I recommend getting evaluated to determine if there is an allergy.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
