Symptoms/measure: Pts that experience hypotension especially orthostatic hypotesion, have distinct set of symptoms. They feel sweaty, nauseated, their vision blurrs, and sometimes may even faint. If you are not experiencing these symptoms then doubt your having significant hypotesion. A home blood pressure cuff can be helpful. Chk your BP lying , sitting , and standing.
