My preference.: Try wellbutrin (bupropion) and/or Clonidine first. Next concerta, Adderall xr, or vyvanse.

Depends : Not everyone is the same. The amer acad of ped recommends using a stimulant medication at first (like focalin, (dexmethylphenidate) concerta, Adderall or vyvanse). But each patient needs a specific selection & titration to repair "targeted outcomes" or goals of treatment. If one doesn't work, then another should be tried until normalcy is reached. This may include combination chemotherapy.
