Creatine: There have been studies showin increased muscle mass and strength with creatine. In doses of greater thatn 3 grams per day significant side effects have been described. Do not take more than this. Also creatine is brocken down to formaldehyde the same stuff used to embalm a body. Nobody knows what long term usage does.
