Nonsense: Serum creatinine in the US is measured in mgs%. In England and other countries it is measured in micromoles%. Normal serum creatinine is 0.6-1.2 mgs%. The value of 77 mg does not make sense. Is this a measurement from urine or serum? If it is a urinary collection is it timed ie 24 hour collection or spot collection.
