Bleaching pain: Stop bleaching for awhile. You can also take an antiinflammatory medicine, like Ibuprofen , advil, (ibuprofen) motrin. You can also brush with Fluoride gel. All of these will help stop the sensitivity. You may want to get a weaker whitening percentage of whitening gel, if you are constantly getting pain when whitening. The real thing to do is stop over belaching.

Bleaching pain: First, chech with your dentist to make sure that you're not over bleaching your teeth. Second, ask your dentist about a Fluoride varnish that can be applied to the teeth immediately and still allow you to bleach your teeth.
