Not the same: Ruptured aneurysms bleed. Bleeding can cause vessels to spasm, which can lead to stroke. Strokes can be with or without bleeding.

Yes: Aneurysm rupture causes bleeding in the brain which is a subtype of hemorrhagic (bleeding) stroke. There is another type of stroke which is called ischemic. It happens when blood supply to the brain gets cut off.
