Maybe not: Delayed anaphylaxis to red meat thought to be due to an allergy to a sugar not a protein, galactose Alpha 1.3 galactose aka alpha-gal, develops after the bite of chiggers or the lone star tick. Compared to usual food allergy onset of symptoms is delayed for several hours. It does not effect the gall bladder or bile duct. Abdominal pain from either might confuse your md about the right diagnosis.
