No: Hard penetration may result in small tears, or abrasions. Sex is not a cause of "blistering". Any blisters or ulcers in the vaginal area are termed "vaginal lesions" and should be evaluated. Certain infections could present as blisters or ulcers and may be contagious. I recommend an evaluation while they are still present. Avoid sex until diagnosis made.
