Possibly herpes: The blisters are concerning and if they have a habit of coming and going it is very suggestive of a herpetic type virus. You should show these to your doctor as this would make the dx easier. The bumps may be prevesicle stage and then blossom out in to blisters. If this happens frequently you should have protected sex until you find out. Most likely should tell any sexual partner. NO oral sex
