Every once in awhile when im watching tv or talking to friends my body will go completly numb what could this be?

Electrical exposure: With your whole body going numb it would be some type of centrally mediated mechanism, anxiety state of some type. Exposure to emf could also produce this. Does it happen with computer? Any cell towers recently placed near your home? This exposure can add over time and sometimes it can be years for it to accumulate and take efect.
