Sore throat 1week: You need to cosult your doctor.You may have a throat infection which may need full course of antibiotis like strep throat, or it may be a viral pharyngitis which may get better by itself.We can not advise you without looking in your throat and ears as well as you may also have middle ear infection.

Throat/ Ears/Sinus: Greetings, you could have a throat infection. This could be a possible infection in your ears and throat or also including your sinuses. I recommend you go and have yourself checked out, especially if you have fever or other annoying symptoms. Gargling with warm salt water may often reduce the pain in your throat and ear coning can decrease ear and sinus pressure.Netti pot for sinuses.
