Maybe: It's hard to say what the cause of the chest pain is from your question. Worst case scenario, this could be related to your heart. Heart disease is low in people that are in their thirties, but not unheard of. It would be worth talking to your doctor to better determine if this was related to your heart, the chest muscles, or something else.
