Exercise and Energy: I love this question. This is the paradox. The more slothful we are the less we want to move or do things. Moving, exercising, eating well increases one's sense of well being in the world. Our muscles are more efficient in burning calories. The by product of exercise is also an increase in 'endorphins"...Molecules to tell the brain that you are well and happy. Get moving, feel better, live!
