How can i stay positive while my heart is broken and my mind's troubled and raging mad?

It Ain't Easy: That is certainly a challenge. The key to doing this as well as possible involves where you look - what you focus your brain on. If you are able to look at things other than those that caused your broken heart (positive things about yourself, people who you love and who love you) you will be able to be more positive.
