Eating healthy ?: Occasionally eating healthy can lead to using alternative products that may lead to looser stools. Various sugar substitutes are not digested and will pull water with them as they transit the gut. Other dietary substances also promote more frequent stooling where some have the opposite effect. Barring one of these agents you should not have the runs without some odd digestive issue.
