TMD: There are over 300 different kinds of headaches, and treatment depends on symptoms it can range from a bite guard to different medicines. A headache specialist, or dentist who treats headaches may be able to help, or write back with more symptoms.

Stress: There could be many reasons, but a common one is stress. Additionally, if you are in front of a computer for many hours, you could be having eye strain, muscle fatigue, and jaw clenching that all could result in headaches. Also, your posture could play a role. Try to make changes to these and see if it makes a difference. If not, check with your md or dentist.
