May be caffeine: May be that you have caffeine withdrawal headaches because you drink coffee at work but not when you have a day off.

The past few days I have been getting headaches or like tension headaches every afternoon before I get off work. It gets to the point to where I feel weak and almost sick and just want to lay down and go to sleep. I work from 7 AM to 4:30 PM.
