Not what - WHEN: The key to helping chapped hands is treating them well. Keep them clean. Avoid harsh products. When you wash them, dry them off well. Then, immediately apply a simple lotion or creme to the whole hand. This allows the product to work on the skin at its most vulnerable time. If you wash 3 times in 10 minutes, apply product 3 times in 10 minutes. Don't be skimpy. Even a cheap product will help.
