What causes pigmentation in the eye?

Natural : We all have pigment cells in various layers of our skin and eye. The pigment within the cells can increase with age, change in hormones (pregnancy), and of course sun exposure. When the cells themselves start multiplying and moving and growing where they don't belong-this is cancer.
