Just the opposite: The question should be how long will it take for my immune system to resolve my laryngitis and bronchitis. Most cases of acute bronchitis and certainly laryngitis are viral and symptoms of cough and hoarseness should disappear in about 10 to 14 days. It is highly unlikely that laryngitis or bronchitis would suppress or decrease your immunity.
